Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Our site is static and simple: we ask for no account and collect no personal data from you. This policy explains in detail what happens to your data, following the principles of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL, Royal Decree No. M/19 of 1443 AH).

Who we are and scope
The site is run by Bawabat Al-Khair AI Co. (the operator) in partnership with Excellence Leadership Est., and managed by npsai. This policy applies to nanoai.blog in both its Arabic and English versions.
What we collect
The site requires no registration or accounts, contains no web forms, and uses no third-party trackers or analytics. In practice we collect nothing about you when you browse, apart from the following:
- Server logs: the hosting server automatically records routine technical data such as network address (IP), browser type, request time and requested page, for operation and security. These are settings of the hosting provider.
- What you send us: if you write to us by email or WhatsApp we receive what you write and any details you choose to share (such as your name and mobile number).
- Your preferences on your device: the site stores only your theme preference (light/dark) in your browser. See “Cookies and local storage”.
Purposes of use
We use the above for limited purposes only:
- To run and secure the site and fix faults.
- To reply to your messages, questions and corrections.
- To improve content based on feedback you send us yourself.
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or automated decisions about you.
Legal basis for processing
Our basis for processing what you send us is your consent: you initiate the contact and choose what to share. Server logs are processed for a legitimate interest, namely running and protecting the site. You may withdraw your consent at any time, as described below.
Retention
We keep your correspondence only as long as needed to reply and follow up your request, then delete or anonymise it unless the law requires longer retention. Server logs follow the hosting provider’s default retention period, which is usually short.
Your rights
The PDPL grants you rights, including:
- To be informed: to know how and why we process your data.
- Access: to request a copy of what we hold about you.
- Correction: to have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed.
- Deletion: to request deletion of your data once it is no longer needed.
- Withdrawal of consent: to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already done.
To exercise any of these rights write to info@nanoai.blog and we will reply within a reasonable time. If you believe your rights have not been respected you may complain to the competent authority in the Kingdom (the Saudi Data and AI Authority).
Children
The site is intended for a general readership and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. We advise parents to supervise their children’s browsing. If you learn that a child has sent us personal data, write to us so we can delete it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what reaches us, including collecting the minimum, serving the site over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and limiting access to correspondence to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we do not promise what we cannot guarantee.
Transfers outside the Kingdom
Server logs or correspondence may be processed on servers, some outside the Kingdom, depending on the hosting provider, email service or WhatsApp. Where this happens we aim to keep it to what is necessary and in line with the law’s rules on transferring data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The updated version will appear on this page with its last-updated date.
